How to order


Ordering is very easy.

Select your size and click on add to cart, then click on proceed from the cart preview and you will arrive at the checkout where you can first choose whether to carry out a very convenient fast checkout with paypal or apple pay (only from mobile version) or the standard checkout where you can choose the payment method that suits you best.

Track your parcel

A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

You can cancel or modify an order, but this is not always possible as we prepare and ship your packages quickly (sure you are happy with this!) as soon as you realize you want to modify or cancel an order, contact our customer service who will help where still possible

What happens if I'm not at home when the delivery arrives?

If you aren't at home when the delivery arrives, don't panic! 

Please contact our customer service and provide with more information about your address or an alternative one where the delivery man can find someone to deliver to. 

It is compulsory to communicate your order number.
