Pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, we hereby inform you that the purpose of processing the data provided (which will be carried out electronically) is to execute the contract. If necessary for the execution of the contract, we will transmit the data to the shipping company in charge and to the other companies that will handle the phases of the sales and shipping process of the products. The provision of data is mandatory as it is necessary for the purpose of executing the sales contract.
We would also like to inform you that, if consent is given in this regard, the data may also be processed for the purpose of providing information on our promotions: initiatives, events, promotional discounts and product launches.

By confirming the purchase, the customer will enter into a contractual proposal pursuant to Articles 1326 and 1329 of the Italian Civil Code.

Alexoo.it is exempt from any liability in the event that the products purchased are not available in stock, but at the same time undertakes to communicate by email or telephone any such problem.
in this case the customer can choose to change the order or cancel the order and get a refund if he paid in advance.
Alexoo.it also undertakes to include on the site photos of the same products in stock but does not assume any responsibility for any variations due to photographic processing or screen settings.
Shipping:
Shipping is free for orders over 50 (fifty) €, for orders with a total of less than this figure will apply a fixed rate of € 6.90 for the entire order. Shipment is always made by express courier, alexoo reserves the right to ship by express mail service in case the destination is an island.
alexoo reserves the right to send by express mail if the destination is a small island or a difficult place. Delivery times are not in the present conditions. alexoo is exempt from any liability regarding the timing of the shipment for both direct and indirect liability.
upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package delivered. if the package is damaged or tampered with, immediately notify the courier of the incident and write together with the signature on the delivery note the words: "damaged package, I accept with reservation".
If this is the case, please inform us as soon as possible.
Exchanges and returns:
Under Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling, the customer has the right to return the products ordered within 10 days of delivery of the goods, these 10 days are added another 5 days offered by alexoo.it itself for a total of 15 days to be able to make a return or an exchange, if you have already made a change within the same order the timeframe drops to 10 days.
The returned products must be returned at the expense of the purchaser and in a perfect state of preservation, both with regard to the product itself and to any accessories, including the packaging or product case, in order to allow the resale of the same.
The packaging must be prepared in a manner suitable for the transport of the same, with the same packaging received or alternatively with packaging of similar strength so that the package returns to the warehouse in perfect condition. It is explicitly requested not to put adhesive tape on the shoe box but to always pack it with the same packaging received or with one of similar strength.
We will not accept returns of products sent without packaging or with adhesive tape attached directly to the shoe box, without a layer of protection.
If it were to fail to comply with at least one of the points listed above alexoo.it reserves the right not to accept any return.
In the case of a return for refund, the refund of the amount due for the specific case will be made by the same method of payment of the original, with the exception of payments by cash on delivery, where the refund can be made only and exclusively by bank transfer and only on bank accounts in euro and national (with iban initials IT)

Alexoo handles complaints internally regarding its own clear responsibilities.
We accept no liability for any damage of any kind to property or persons that involves our products.
For problems involving products that cannot be solved by alexoo itself we will interact with the manufacturers with whom we are intermediaries.
